Cool, thanks. I am not really concerned about the body coming off as much as still having the ability to send the body out for anodizing afterwards.Quote:

Looks like this has already been beaten into the ground, but just to confirm - yes, I would have the CF mod done before anodizing. Anodizing shouldn't affect the fit between the CF sleeve and the breech. Just make sure you line up the sear slot in line with frame screw hole on the underside of the breech when you put the CF sleeve back on.
Oh, and just another note - when removing the CF sleeve, pull straight back on the sleeve. It also might help to give it a little twist as you go. If you tilt the sleeve at all while you're pulling back on it, there's a chance you might crack the sleeve.
So is this body still on the back burner?Quote:

How many pre-orders do you need? I'm interested in having this mod done.
WM still doing this mod???
wonder why your asking
Haha i donated a stainless steel body and never saw photos of the finished result

No other colors for now - just the gray/black 2x2 twill woven look.

is this mod still available? just got some money together for it
edit:could you do this to a tac body, i have a warp left tac and i only really use the rail infront of the feedneck, think a carbon tac body would look very cool
I would have to take another look at a Tac-One body, but it may be possible.
I just ordered some more CF tubing tonight, which should arrive next week. In the meantime, I'm going to be out of town until the 8th of April and will be able to work on more mods after that date. I will have someone checking the mail though, so if you want, you can send your body in so it can be worked on immediately when I return.
If i sent 4 bodies in 2 ule and2 steel what would the wait time be after the date stated. estmated?
At most, a week and a half.
alrighty im check some stuff when it comes to money.
finish paying people and get back to ya.
woot.
