Its not unusual for parts manufactures to machine a logo or name in their parts, that’s why it good to get in before the parts are made. You knew before anyone else. ;)

does this alow the use of a rail bushing?

Not made to accept a bushing, just like the original design. You can shorten one and press it into your rail, then just bolt this to it. ;)
