Why doesn't luke just buy out AGD?
He is toms neighbor.
Truth is I really want to get out of the retail business, my interest is manufacturing. ;)
The poll is looking OK, I will start the prototyping this coming week. :)
Luke does the top face of this match up to your emag battery pack manifold?
So how far off is the LP output location from the manifold? You've already milled my rail... ;)
This output is center, between the two mount screws so it can go through the forgrip slot.
I don't have any idea of the weight, I have not machined any parts yet. ;)
The LPR will have all the internal milling which will help lighten it, it stands to reason that if there is none on the FG it will be heavier. :)
OK, here we go!
Going to get started on the programming for the LPRFG and designing and programming for the fixtures.
I took last week to work on customer jobs and a few personal projects, now we'll get after this.
I look forward to seeing a prototype.
This is coming along, it gets attention everyday, but we're not quite there. Project is much bigger (time consuming) than originally anticipated, but I'm getting closer to the prototype...
^ I'm patient. I can't wait to see a prototype along with a finished product.
This may finally bring back to build a new marker.:)
Any news on this.
Project is still on, just got side tracked on customer work and restocking some other products.
The design is done on the LPRFG and programming is like 90% done so I'm super close to making the prototype.
Project will get done and I plan on making probably 20 or 30 units without a preorder.
But right now I'm stuck having to put a new engine and transmission in my truck. I can't put that off because it is my only transportation beside my Harley. I have to finish building the engine and the new transmission is on it's way as of earlier today. I've been gather parts the past two weeks or so hoping to have everything in line to knock it out. I'm going from the 390FE to a SB302, its not a standard swap so it takes some parts gathering, new exhaust, etc.
Rest assured this project will get done, I'm just spread thin these days...
Not yet, but it's still at the top.
Random question but could this potentially be used with a "capped" valve? Meaning could use get the pressure up enough to replace the reg on a classic valve? This might go well on a project I'm working on.
Max input psi: 1500
Psi out: 0-200
No, not using/hiding a Micro Rock, but partly similar in concept and will be using a few of the Palmer parts to try and help keep production costs down. There will be no way to justify doing these any other way, and in reality, numbers will probably be to low to justify the project at all. ;) But I'll do at least one run even if there's no profit, just to it. :ninja:
Small up date, this is definitely NOT forgotten!
I just placed the tool order for this project (a little over $250).
I was ordering more tooling for the slug rails and figured I would get this order in to give me a little jab to help get this back on track.
I hope to be back on this soon.
Every time I consider selling my Etek frame I think about this thread....
Look at the first post. ;)
