Little help please
I am not sure where to post this so if this is wrong please delete or move.
I sold a valve to a member a couple weeks ago in the UK member NLH. I shipped it and during the shipping period he filed a PayPal claim. He received the valve te next day after the claim. I have a pm from him confirming this. But he has yet to stop his PayPal claim and now will not answer any Pm's. What do you suggest on another route to help fix the situation.
Has he logged into the site since then?
Do you have proof of shipment? If so provide it to paypal. That will defend you from his claim against you.

Possible he hasn't gotten to it yet. I'd send a message to PayPal with the shipping info and a screencap of his message stating it had arrived. Probably a totally innocent thing.
