A new pic of my karta that do better justice to the Luke's grips

Nice familly, but it is missing some Micromags.;)
-
Thanks
I've a gen4 still not pictured because its Luke's fg need to be anodized.
But you're right, in my mind, it's still missing a 2k9 emag, a gen1 and a 2000. But all are expensive if in very good condition.
Actually I've my eyes on a very nice 2k9 emag but no money to buy it right now, so I hope it will still be available when I get funds...... or perhaps may I negociate a 10 times payment !

Would a tank bump into the stock with the back ASA? I kind of like this idea and might do something like this to one of my mags. I think I would just use a 4oz CO2 tank though. hmmm... ;)
-
I just tested with my 13/3000 guerilla : it bumps but this tank is long for such a little one.
With the stock fully deployed it can pass pulling down a little the stock, but I think it would mark the tank.
At first sight I'd say a 4oz CO2 tank will fit with no issue.

The new arrived in the familly :
The Maverick's Armada.
Luke's Armada body (1 of 3 at this moment), Luke's Armada RTP rail, Luke's LPR foregrip, Luke's mini vert frame, RPG subzero feedneck, CCM fittings (Luke is not making feednecks and fittings !!!!) and brand new purple Xvalve. MSV2 and Ram inside.
All Luke's part anodized by Caustic Customs.

http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...r/DSC08624.jpg
No pics of the other side, the aluminium air line is still not anodized !
-
Looks good but I have to ask, what's up with that grip screw?
-
This grip screw holds the Ram, without drilling the frame.
I don't know if it will stay like that. Perhaps I'll change of mind and drill the frame, at this moment it seems to me not to be a so bad idea !
What do you think ?
-
Excellent collection. I'm guessing you have one of the best collections in Europe.
-
-
-
I really like the Armada body in gloss black. Great build!

Today, it's not a new addition to the familly, just a change on one of my markers.
A few months ago, I bought a Venomous Design EP set, but it has been sitting in my box since I got it, because I was not satisfied with my ideas to use it either because I didn't like the result or because it made me "broke" a marker I liked (as I like all my markers it's not easy !).
Finally I stopped on this set up. It's my Logic RPG on wich I replaced the shadow rail and ULE body.

Hi guys,
It's a long time since I updated this thread !
I just noticed I didn't even posted pics of my Phoenix and my Armada achieved, with the air lines anodized (here in France, and there's no comparition possible with Stephen's work)
The Phoenix

The Armada

A great thanks to Kyle for his support on the alu air lines, without him I'd never get them.
A few month ago I built this one, my Gumshoe mag, with Luke's Gumshoe rail, Logic UMF frame with Luke's panels and chrome ule body, but I didn't posted pics because it wasn't working (the reg valve pin assembly litterally exploded when I aired it up !). Now, it's fixed and it's shooting ropes !

And the last one, finished this sunday, with a freshly received Luke's foregrip (anodized by Caustic), a Shadow rail and an Angel 05 Speed/Gat frame.
This one took me about 3 or 4 months to get all the parts together.

-
That Angel mag is looking real nice. Glad you got the frame and put it to use. ;)
-
You get the credit of the main lines !
And with your help, it works !
The grips were way more difficult to find than I thought.
All were too long, like the airwalk ones, it was a real pain to get a pair fitting the frame (even if they are a bit narrow).
-
Some pics of my last babies.
These ones are long time running projects.
I put all the parts together but I still haven't tested them (no time and no more air !).
Here are the pics
1/ Carbon Emag
http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...r/E7D_0014.jpg
http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...r/E7D_0017.jpg
2/ Ultra light carbon mag
This one started around april 2013 when I get the frame from one of my friend but with no other idea of what I could put around ....
Luke and XMT did the right parts at the right time !

http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...r/E7D_0020.jpg
3/ M86 carbon toxic
I received the frame this morning !

http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...r/E7D_0011.jpg
I must say I think these are almost the last ones of my collection (I still have a RT Classic waiting for a XMT ULE body) because I really have no more place on my walls to put them and I don't want to put them in a box just to say "I have them".
I already sold my classic and my ego mag to make some place and I'm probably going to sell 5 or 6 more.
-
"wall"???? You must post pictures of all your mags on one wall. The newest additions to the collection look amazing. Adding the fact that you are over seas make this collection even more impressive.
-
Thanks Ross.
They are not on only one wall !
15 are on a wall hung on a "display wall"
3 are on another wall
9 are hung on the side of Ikea shelves (you know, the ones with the scales on the sides)
5 are in a console under my desk
Only the sydarm is in a gun case
-
-
that UL frame fits that rail perfectly.
-
Thanks Luke and Bowcycle.
I'm glad you like it.
This one gave me some serious headache, and sometimes I was close to surrender.
I still have some work to do on it.
I've a big leak and I don't know if it's the valve itself or if it's due to my build.
I'll have to switch some valves and mags !
-
YESSSSSSS !
All the new ones are working fine !
The Carbon Emag : Nothing to do ! It worked perfectly at the first attempt (KNM : thanks for the lowers !)
The M86 carbon toxic : I just had to adjust the trigger rod length and the LPR pressure.
The Ultra light carbon mag : I changed the on/off and it fixed the leak.
-
WOW they are all lookers :wow: Every marker is well done and easy on the eyes to say the least
My fav is post #50 "Carbon E-mag"
