That is extroidinary. Hey, if I was to send you the money for the sluggo, then send you my black ULE Rail, and whatever extra it is for your work, would the price of it be less, because I sent you a ULE rail?

thats exactly my thoughts. is there any way you can put some type of "filler" in the holes prior to milling to eliminate them? regardless, those things are awesome!

  26. #26
he could use filler, but it wouldnt take an anno (the filler, that is)

He could weld them up.Still might show some depending on the anno color but it would be better than the holes. You'd think you could get them without the holes by now since so many people are buying them to be cut up.

Nice work on the bodies anyway.

I can now ULE mill Emag rails. I remove 2.2 oz.

So a Karta rail, which normally weighs 5.4 oz, now weighs 3.2 oz.

A stock Emag rail weighs 7.1 oz. This would take it down to 4.9 oz.

Right now looks like the price for ULE milling on a stock Emag rail is $30. If you get the ULE milling done to a Karta, it is only $25 extra, as opposed to the $30.
    pics to come soon.

    out!

ps- this makes the Karta + rail weigh in at 7.4 oz..
