id buy a mag instead of a shocker
i took the liberties of doing some research for you

the mq vvalve wont be out for a while for the mag and you would just end up haveing to sell the x valve and the lvl 10 and buy a regulator

i dont know what your style is but heres what i would do

    Select an X-Valve : Black
Select a Mainbody : ULE CF Black
Select a Gripframe : Single Trigger Carbon Fiber Frame Assy
Select a Barrel : ULE Barrel (ULE/Slug MB)
    Trigger/Valve/On/Off Type : ULE Trigger Pull Kit/Installed
Detent (Kila-ULE bodies ONLY) : Stock Detent (no charge)
    asa
    $440

dont get a double trigger frame because ull end up getting a devil mag and its hard to walk a ult mag really anyway. its possible but hard, and its unrealistic in a game

then when its time to upgrade buy a devilmag kit for 550

you will have an electronic tourney legal mag that can shoot 20 bps or more if you want to set it to full auto. it will be light and more reliable than any electronic gun on the market

or just buy a devil mag right now if ur planning on the 900 shocker anyway

the problem with this is upgrade is that tourneys no longer allow gun modifications
    rt pro w/ lvlx etc.
    custom milled out y frame
    empire barrel kit
    ult
    custom 15 degree
    custom milled rail
    cut ule body
    steel hose with QD's
    custom welded drop
    90/45 nitro duck x-stream
halo tsa w/ custom paint job
    soon to get warp

custom palmer microrock front grip for future trigger for ^

you can use aftermarket parts or professional equiptment

but 'custom' things like bolting a couple parts to your gun so it shoots twice as fast like this thing wont be legal in any tournament

the only aftermarketelectro mag frame i know of is the devil mag and thats $550 w/ eyes and lvl7

i dont make the rules -and yes the rules suck

i guess they dont want the paintball geeks beating the other ppl cause they know more about electronics and less about shooting lanes

I was assuming that providing that the marker conforms to the "1 shot 1 pull" rules and is firing @ 300ft/s it's all good....

many gats I see @ tourneys DON'T conform to these rules (especially some of the angels anf Timmys that I have seen!) and STILL are allowed onto the field.....

this is not even looking @ the ramping borads etc....

I have made A frame for myself, I don't see how that matters?

Let's get on topic on this thread. Maybe start a new thread if there is a need of more discussion

if u converted your mag to electronic, would those pnuematic mods like hair and ptp's have any improvement, or are they just two different ways of pulling the trigger?

also, whats the best soleniod type/kind/part #?

no they would not really help each other.

you can use what ever solenoid, or solenoid valve you want.

    I used the equivalent of a pnemadyne S10MM-30-6-2. it's a 6 volt model.
but the 12 volt model will work.

do you think I would be able to do this sort of thing in a Y frame? just a question.... its quite funny, ever since i heard of the spider mod and shot my Y i wondered if there would be a way to do this... looks great...

  18. #138
Search for "My Y gripped Emag" done by Trains are Bad...

I mean come on people theres not that many threads in this forums!! Hehehe.

    AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.

could a sear tripping mag be made w/ the LPR and just using a solenoid to trip the on/off instead of having the sear involved. I think w/ just a solenoid, ULT, and a pred board, it could be done.

Very nice work electrician. Looks great. Given me ideas of my own. Id like to convert mine now, but I likely wont do since I have a viking.

    I like it.

lol, thats stupid of me. I knew that, but dont know what I was thinking at the moment.

The sear has to hold the bolt in place. NVM on that idea then.

In that case then couldnt the plunger be placed underneath the back of the sear where the on/off is and remove the trigger rod. Would that help any w/ the delay settings on the board?

  22. #142
Not really since, thats kinda how the mod works...plunger and all.
