I can but I will have to dismantle it to move it. The two grips screws are hidden under the body. So normaly you would set it where you wanted it and leave it there once you got it where you liked it. I like it right there where you see it. Because Its about the inch back from where it normaly would be with the SS bracket on it. So thats where I put mine and like that postion. But I see what I can do for you...

But to give you and idea in the mean time it appears there is enough slot behind it to go all the way slap up against the trigger guard if you wanted to. In that picture its all the way forward in the slot.

Just a question, cphilip: The slot you are talking about doesn't exist on stock rtp rail, right?

With the slot, Imagine a minimag with a foregrip screwed into the stock ASA position. It is about at that point.

I am still considering the Black anno on the Grip frame. For one thing I am not going to decide until I see it with other grips than those. The IR3 black grips, as you can see, are not black at all. However they claim them to be. But they are actually more of a pearl grey. Not what I was looking for. I was looking for Black Black like the foregrip. So the Aluminum silvery color would sort of ouline them and break up the monotony of it all. So until I can see it like I envisioned it I will not make that decission. And I hope to do that before I send another rail off to get some milling so I could send it with it. So I hope I can see that with some various grips in the next few weeks or so. Then decide. At this moment if I cannot get a matching grip by either purchase or dyeing that one I will go black with the Grip Frame and possilbly clear with the grips. Sort of clear anyway. So its not finished yet until that can be sorted out.

meh i like the grips like that gives a little contrast to a pure black if you had that done while still keeping the theme

Well if it was pure black marker then maybe. But it was not SUPPOSED to be the contrast. The grip frame was supposed to be the contrast! It's sorta well.. almost... backwards with that color grips and doesn't work as I wanted it to you see? Thats the issue. The grips are not Black. And apparently WDP thinks thats black! However I can attest to them that its not at all. The Foregrip is Black! What are they thinking!!! Ah well. I will see it the way I envisioned it and then go from there.

No no no.... I did not anno the frame black because I wanted it to frame out (outline) the (supposedly) Black grips I was getting. But the grips came and were not black at all. However thats no ones fault but WDP. They call that black.

I did't realize that then. So now I am trying to correct that by finding some "really" black grips before I decide to anno the grip frame or not. Or perhaps even dye those blacker.

The grip frame is anno'd by the way. Just anno'd Natural at this time.

Cphil, I'd recommend the black anno with silver IR3 grips.

    Nicad,
I dont see any pics of a choord on a stock am/mm rail. Trying to see if the front of the chord body is flush with the stock rail?

  28. #88
Chord V2 has the same nose cut as the Dallara-- it matches to the front of an AM/MM rail.

    Hey guys,

I bugged Colin long and hard for these pictures, and I just had to share them. It's a Chord V2 sitting on a Karta rail, for anyone curious what the combo looks like! I love how the lines of the body flows into the Karta rail.
