    Talking March Maddness has returned!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah baby! It is turnament time again!

    The Terps after a rough start are peaking at the right time! They are in the ACC Tourney CHampionship game against Duke after knocking off Wake and NC State, both Top 25 teams!

    Fear the Turtle baby!!!!!!!!!!!!

    MD and Duke advance!

    Alright deadeye, I really haven't been able to figure this out... are you from Maryland or something, recently trapped in joisey?? Because you seem to have a strong allegiance to all things Maryland, plus the almighty Skins... feel like explaining?

    Born and raised in MD. Alumni of the University of Maryland. Transferred to NJ by my job about 8 years ago.

    Born in Baltimore and raised in Bethesda!

    your terps played one hell of a game. I was mighty impressed with them after Gary (who was surprisingly calm, and unsweaty like, no?) called a TO with around 7:00 to go. He musta said something. Yeh, kinda surprised a bubble team goes to a 4 sead, but remember, they did beat the 1, 2, and 3 teams in the top confrence in the country. that obviosuly means somthing.

    it should be a fun month of march...but us devils have 6 more games to win

    That it will. I am just suprised that NC State got a higher seed. We beat them in the regular season and in the tourney. Winning the toughest conference tourney in the nation should have at least gotten us a 3 seed.

    Oh well! Maybe we will meet again in the Final 4!

    Interesting note...

    6 ACC Teams in... after first round still 6 ACC teams. Who said something about the ACC not being the premier Basketball conference?

    Also a note to you Terrapin fans. Did you know that the founder of the University of Maryland was also the founder of Clemson University? Yep! Old Thomas Green Clemson was indeed the founder of both schools. His connection here was that he married the Daughter of John C Calhon. And inherited Calhoun Plantation. The site of the main campus here in Clemson. And left it to the State to estabish the first Agricultural Land grant institution to assist the state in recovery from the Civil War. He had a very snobby out look of Southerners in general and and felt their only use was as farmers. However the School blossomed as first a Military School with an Engineering and Agricultural back bone later to become Cooed and as you see it today. You will look around Maryland Campus and find a statue of Thomas Green there.
