    Just wondering about Golden Mags.

Im just wondering Ive seen two pictures of them, and only two. How many were made? I was told they were never available to the public. They were internal prizes and such at ADG. Just wondering, a guy on Mcarter posted pics of his got me interested.

Thats pretty cool, but the grip looks like it was painted gold by someone, and did a bad job. If it was completely gold it would look better.

Yea, its a work in progress The yellow anno barrel has got to go also! I think it would be slick to get some more gold plated parts on there and an auto-response frame.

Got word the other day, that #GGooo4 has been found. However, sadly, it is in pieces and not complete.

The new owner is going to try to put it together as original as possible.

AGD needs to take one of the x-mags they got sitting around and 24k plate that SOB. Because...and only because, I need to see it, I mean come on they have pretty much nothing else going on right now right?

'Scuse me, Tato? Look who is shooting GGooo7?

Jeff presented it to me as a welcome home gift, when I returned from Iraq.

These guns were given away at raffles at many of the tournaments. There was one of the AGD teams that had them built and donated the money to a childrens charity I believe.

Looks nice, I may have to hire you to help me make mine. Only mine will be a pump mag! Just looking for the milled body and rail combo, and the vert ASA and it will be cool! Stick a Palmer's stick feed on it and get everything not plated plated... It's a nice dream.

    My Feedback
    (It's a work in progress)

was that at norcal vs. socal? i was gonna ask if it was real gold on there. i guess it is.

does anybody know how much gold would be needed to plate a mag? i found a fat gold ring in Idaho a few years back. looks home made. very very soft gold. weighs just under a half an ounce. i wouldn't mind sacraficing it to plate my mag
