i'm here its 2:11 am and i'm stalling going to bed cause when i wake up tomarrow i have to go to the field and help ref 80+ kids from camden military school range from about 11 to 18 i'm going to bed now i guess. no sence in making it harder on myself by being tired. night

I've come to the conclusion that sleep is actually a bad thing on my body. If I go to be at a reasonable time (say 11-ish) I feel tired and crappy all the next day. BUT, if I go to bed around 2 or 3, like I usually do, I feel much more alert and awake.
