i got a leak wat should i do

there is a leak from the barrel of a tac one i might buy.....what do you think it is?

This is not uncommon.
first ,with a squeege push on the bolt from down the barrel.
did it stop the leak, did it stop leaking only while the bolt was compressed, did it do nothing.
the most common problems are the bumper is worn and leaking, the return spring needs replaced with a new or stronger one, the valve tip is loose or the oring in the tip is worn or broken. If you have a lvl ten the carrier might be too large or it might just need oiled badly.
It is a problem which is fixable.
