Spyder to Mag adapter -- For a RAMDOD -- do they exist?

I'm loking for aspyder to mag adapter. I just bought a RAMROD barrel and they only had the spyders. They're sooooo old skool!!!! My pink panther mag will be complete. (If I find a spyder to mag adapter)

How much are these adapters if they infact exist?

Is there someway to make my own threads? Like with a tap (for spyders)?

I've seen spyder to auctocker. How well do you all think this setup would work?

    Barrel >> Spyder/AC >> AC/mag

    would this shoot paint well?

Well it would make the barrel pretty long, but as long as the bore sizes of the adapters were about the same it would probably work ok.

I believe LAPCO used to make a bunch of different conversions. I & I Sports used to sell them, I don't know if I & I is still around or even if LAPCO is. Hopefully that helps a bit.

I'm with cow hunter and rudz, if you could pm me where you found the spyder ramrods, I'd seriously appreciate it. I'd love to get one just to have it.

Lapco is still around, but they don't make any adaptors for mags, only Doc does (to my knowlegde) and they are for cocker barrels to twist lock. But I guess you could go docs cocker to twist lock and then get a lapco spyder to cocker. Don't know if that would effect performance at all, but it would work.

might work better than just the normal ramrod, wasnt the reason they never took off because the actualy enclosed barrel didnt offer enough space for the ball to accelerate fully or something? that dosnt sound right so i may have just made it up...

i saw a pic of a ramrod mag not long ago, it looked Awsome.
