    XT Customs new body..*PROTOTYPE PICS*

I was able to get this body milled yesterday and i did the polishing today. I only have the prototype body machined. Cougar20th is working on getting the CAD for the matching rail done. The body is kind of blinding polished..its makes it hard to see in the pictures. I have attached a picture of the CAD files so you guys can see what it will look like on the rail. bolted it on my emag tonight and did some full auto firing! Works great.

These bodies are made from my slugs..the same slugs that have been proven on the Ripper bodies.

Once i get a rail done i will have a pre order thread in the dealers forum. I should be able to have a rail done in aprox 2 weeks. At the moment i am waiting on material to make them.

The prototype body is forsale. The machining is A+ with no flaws! Shoot me a PM and Humor me on a price!

It was done a 4th axis cnc mill. The same machine that cut all the ripper bodies.

    Thumbs up

I think this one will sell better than the last one did.
I like the fact you can use either standard or reverse valves.

  11. #11
Yes i agree. I like this new design better than the ripper and being able to run a reverse valve is always good.

It looks a lot better in aluminum than it does rendered.

    Absolutely gorgeous!

Looks like it will be, as the body shown is on an emag rail .... the cad drawing is also done to emag/rt scale.

Im the artist. Xmagterrors the machinest. And a damn good one. The rail is designed as a emag rail. The batt pack are i left the same as the current body. So it should work fine.

Those are the first pics ive seen of the body finished so you guys got to see it before I did. Grrrrrrr. Anyway the finished looks far better than I could have ever imagined.

You will have the option of buying the body seperate or with a rail. The rails will be Emag style. Trying to figure out when i will be able to have a batch of these done....cant give a firm answer yet. I hope to have them done just in time for christmas. It all depends on how much time i have to work on them.

Glad everyone liked the new design! Cougar20th did a great job on the design work!

    Wink

Anyone notice the last XT body on Ebay ?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=002

I dont care what anyone says I liked them.
Only drawback I could see was using a reverse valve was not an option.
