With the fixtures that I have right now I can't do that body. I have done pump milling conversions on ULE rails before, but it involved making an insert and then milling the rail. I'll have to hold off on taking on another one of those jobs until I get some more stuff out of the way first.

Got my body and rail in the mail yesterday! Looks great! Maybe this weekend I will have time to sit and assemble my pump TAC!

Sorry if I've been a little late on replies - been a real busy past few weeks around here.

All is well and I've been keeping pretty good on my turn around quotes!

Certainly! I'm just a little busy nowadays trying to finish up my degree, but if you're not in a real big hurry I can sneak a job or two in there every once in a while.

Holy Smokes! Yes I do and I forgot all about it.

On the bright side, I do have access to 4th axis milling now...

I have updated my address, so for anyone sending anything in, please take note. This change will allow me to have a quicker turn-around time.

    That is all!

"The waves on the pump rod ramp aren't as pronounced as they look - the actual cut is smooth as glass." it looks smooth as glass

    All,

I will be out of the country from June 22nd through July 23rd. During this time I won't be able to take on any work. I will update the first page in this thread. I would ask that no one send in their parts from now until I return.

    That is all!

Alright, back in town (a while ago actually) but I'm going to hold off with taking on new work so I can take care of some things here firstly. I'll let you all know if/when I'm ready to start taking on rail/body milling again.

Agreed, please let us know. Also, when you are ready, do you think you would be able to do a ULE rail again. I know you said at one point in this thread that it would be a while before you took on another one... and it has been a while.

Please let me know via PM. Thanks.
