Hey warped, I was thinking of getting my rail and body miled (if I can get a kit from jay), but I have a question. Can you mill a rail thats already been UL milled by Luke? Here's my rail:

Thanks for all of the business, guys!

Conbon - I just recently did pump milling on a ULE rail and I had to make an insert to make up the material for the ramp portion of the milling. So yeah, it is possible, I just have to make an insert so it will take a little bit longer, and cost a little extra. I should post the pics of that insert I made for the other ULE rail.

Got back my rail and body on Friday, played with the body on Saturday and had a great day with it. Excellent work on these, I'm very impressed. Customer service was awesome too, including a very quick turnaround time. THANKS!!

    Cool

I'd like to have this body

    and this rail

    milled for pump.

If you can ule mill the rest of the rail at the same time would be cool and mill the lip off the front of the body.

    Let me know
    Thanks

Pump milled my ULE body and milled it down to the lenght of the am/mm rail.

Great job, great communication. Thanks again!

Are you able to do custom bodies, and RT length slug rails?

I have a XMT ripper body and an AGD slug rail that I would like milled to accept a pump system.

Please let me know if this is possible?

RT length rails are no problem. Custom bodies might pose a bit of a problem though. The way my fixture is set up now I'm taking advantage of the cylindrical rear half of the body. For a body with non-cylindrical geometry I'd have to make a new fixture to indicate from the ID of the body. So, I'm afraid that custom bodies are not possible right now.

I will be needing a AM/MM rail and a ULE body pump milled here pretty soon after i find out if i can get a pump kit from Jay. Also would like to get ULE body milled down like Small Block. How much extra would that cost?

One more question, sorry , can i use a ULE body after its been pump milled on a semi Mag?

    Thanks.

No problem on turning down the body just like Small Block's. Cost is just an extra $10 when you send in the rest of your items to be milled.

There's no problem with switching between a pump and semi setup with a pump milled body - they're interchangeable.

Yep, but I'll have to wait about 2 weeks until I can accept new work.

Alright, all ready to take on more pump milling jobs. However, I will be on vacation all next week (16th through the 23rd) and I will be unreachable at that time.

Andy made his third job to me last month and, as always, it was awesome!

Here are some pics of the guns he helped me building:

    On this gun he did:

    - Pump body milling
    - Pump rail milling
    - Cut and thread the old splash AA barrel to make it into a Freak tip

And here he did the amazing CF body:

He also helped me with this gun:

    And this one:

Sorry for so many pictures but that really shows how good he is.

could you mill this body and rail to accept a pump kit?

if i don't mind some scratches and such?

and in the case jay can't provide a longer pump rod could you cut down the rail to fit the kit?

Hey Gunangel - just an FYI - if that rail has ULE milling, it probably wont work with a pump kit. I would suggest getting warped a photo of the top of the rail
