Here is a good place to go with questions on "HOW TO PNEUMAG"

For those of you still looking to make a pneumag here is a little help on finding some parts to make the install a little easier.

Here is what you get/need in a complete kit...( Minus the LPR!!!)

    LIST:

    FABCO MSV-2 (WITH LEVER)- - - - - - - - (with mount screw and nut)
    CLIPPARD MPA-3 (COMPLETE)- - - - - - - (CUT DOWN TO SIZE AND WITH ROD INSIDE)
2 FT. OF AIR LINE (BLACK OR CLEAR) - -
    STRAIGHT FITTINGS (BLACK OR WHITE)
    1 90* FOR MPA-3 (BLACK OR WHITE) - - -
    2 MPA-3 MOUNTING SET SCREWS- - - - - -
    1 TRIGG STOP SET SCREW- - - - - - - - - -
    ---------------------------------------------

    Pneumag kits will sell for - - - - - - - - - - - - - $40.00 shipped first class or add $2.50 for priority shipping...

I now stock Lukes's RAM and you get it in the pneukit set up that I make.

    Here’s what they look like...
Pneumag kits.... One packaged and one out to see the all the parts.
Pistons were re-assembled with a little lithium grease...

    Or the parts individually are:

    FABCO MSV-2 (WITH LEVER)- - - - - - - - - - - $15.00
    CLIPPARD MPA-3 (COMPLETE)- - - - - - -
(CUT DOWN TO SIZE AND WITH RAM INSIDE)$20.00
    CLIPPARD MPA-3 - (STOCK)- - - - - - - - - - - -$10.00
    1 FT. OF AIR LINE (BLACK OR CLEAR) - - - - - $1.00
    1 STRAIGHT FITTINGS (BLACK OR WHITE) - - $1.00
    1 90* FOR MPA-3 (BLACK OR WHITE) - - - - - $1.00
    1 MPA-3 MOUNTING SET SCREWS- - - - - - - - $0.25
    1 TRIGG STOP SET SCREW- - - - - - - - - - - - -$0.25
    Luke's RAM - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $3.75

Other pics of the rest of the parts...

    Magnet mods for your pneumags....

I also have some Chimera mount brackets for the MSV-2....(also works on a ULE'd intelli)

Magmods are $20 shipped first class
Please note that you need about 3/8" to 1/2" of the lever
sticking up past the MSV-2 to use this mod. (unless you have other ideas???)
Mount brackets with all hardware needed for mounting are $7

Here are 2 pics of the Magmods installed.
The top one is how close you can adjust it for a stong return,

and the lower one a bit farther away for a softer return...

How does the $7 mounting bracket mount to a ule'd intelliframe?

Do you still have the main pneumag kits available?

Is it possible for you to do all the matarial removal to the mpa3 so it drops in the intelliframe? Or do they already come set up for that?

Yea do you have to drill and tap your own mounting holes for that?

If we order both kits can the magnetic kit come pre-installed? I'm looking to install it on a Chimera.

you have to dry fit the parts first in the frame to see where you actually want to place the magnet bracket..mark it, take the 3-way out then glue the bracket in. You may wanna sand the bottom of the mounting bracket and top of the 3-way a little so the glue will hold better

It can be done that way, yes. But i would wait till the parts were set in place. Only problem i have with it is being that you will be trying to set everthing that it get knocked off and such. Plus we dont know if you would want/need to cut the lever any. And this way would be more of a problem. Its not hard to put it in place as i just super glue it down...

    Question about the tubing

Hi all, I'm new to the forums here. Just got my Tac One and I want to work on it already. Could someone tell me the size of the tubing included in the full kit? This will make sure I get all the right fittings for the LPR. Thanks for your help.

it is low pressure hose.. the fitting that comes on the lpr is the right size, or just do it the easy way and order the fittings from cyber also.. he sells them seperate also...

    gl and welcome to AO..
