No. The Flatline spring pack is tuned for outputs around 800psi, whereas the Automag spring packs are tuned for about 400psi output. The Mag spring packs are all black and the Flatline spring packs have gray washers.
If you need to tune the sweet spot on a Flatline for a lower pressure gun like a Bushie/Matrix ect you can put a Automag Spring in it to get better LP responce from it.
Sweet spot is 320-500psi for the mag spring and 650-800psi for the flatline spring.

It would work fine, but I'd still run a front reg. Leave the Flatline at about 600psi and set the front reg. to 350psi.
