AFTICA was, in theory, AO's unofficial tournament team. It played at IAO and Skyball, I may be missing a tourney or two. But that wasn't really relevant anyway. It's main purpose tended to be coordinating the partying at whatever event we were at.

We actually ended up tanking the owners group division at IAO2k5 to make sure we were the "first losers", which ensured we wouldn't have to get up early the next morning to play the next round of games. Never let paintball interfere with a good night at the bar.

Weird trivia fact: If you google AFTICA, you get an address in Hamilton, ONT, which is where Jeremy / Creative Mayhem, one of the founders of AFTICA, lives.

Yeah, I saw that over on BEO. Not happening

100,000 scoville units isn't even that bad, except for the fact it's a liquid, so it's going to get everywhere. Between your teeth, under your tongue. Your whole mouth will burn.

I have been told liquid soap might help stop the burning

    Sadly not true.

Chocolate ice cream works wonders, however.

I am doing the lodge this year since its closer to the field and the restaurant and the bar. I think Ando is staying at the lodge as well.

I think there are many pluses to the lodges. If there are grills (which I hear there are) we can have the Friday night Bar-B-Que there instead of invading the Evil Compound. There is no reason to get to bed early since we are only a couple miles away which means no mad dash to get to the field, just a leisurely morning.

Just need to be sure that these will suit our needs before I make my switch.

PS. I like the idea of these, I am only disappointed that this will be TunaBall 6 and we are just now learning about these!!!

I will bet that as long as we behave within reason, we could work a group rate in the future.

I like the idea of these as well because this way I'll be sleeping in a bed instead of sleeping on BigE's floor. I'm sure Mrs. Evil will appreciate that as well.

Speaking with the Dawn there she already said we can qualify for a discount rate in the future. I should call her back and see how many lodges we need to reserve to get he this year.

Also we should think about the larger lodges as they might equate to a better savings per person versus the smaller ones.

Guys check out the lodges, definitely get to see the grill. They don't look to bad and kinda secluded, so we won't be disturbing other people.

Probably best to avoid them anyway. Looks like a Softtub. Drunk fat guys + soft hot tub = exploded hot tub.

I'm just not sure how much pressure those poor padded tub walls could take.

Orrr maybe we just need some Chernobly.

If we are nice to Pillage, it could be a sausage fest!
