    Ive decided to go with a drop in washer instead of trying to make a press fit part.

    The washer can be held in place by the spring or loctite retaining compound can be used .

    Tomorrow i will be cutting the washers and testing fitment

    The test gun was cycled with the washer on the right about 500 times and shows no sign of wear .

    The cnc lathe already cut 150 of them

    Anyone that emailed me friday evening after 5pm please resend email .

    The motherboard on my home computer took a **** on me last night around 12am

    I think there were like 3-4 washer emails on that system .
