Okay, so once we get these, put blue locktite on the back of it, insert it, then install the valve to hold it in position and set?

If you want to secure the washer in place , you will need the green loctite retaining compound or maybe an epoxy might work .

Is there really any need to loctite it in place?

Got mine today. Slipped in nicely. Too bad it's too freaking cold out to check it with paint. I am curious if there will be any significant adjusments to get FPS correct? I wouldnt think so, but if anyone else gets a chance to fire theirs and check FPS, would be interested in results.

Got the insert. Installed it. Shot fine. You will probably need loctite. No chrono available, but seemed a little high....

Well mine is not working right. With the washer in, it seems to activate the level 10 every 3rd shot or so. Without the washer, it shoots fine, I limit the shots of course. I tried a gold spring and a black spring.

I have the breech off so I can see the bolt, it shoots a few, then the bolt will come out only halfway, vent, and recock. That is the level 10 engaging right?

Anyone know what else I might try? I am refilling my tank right now, I did have the pressure set fairly low because I had a new marker, it was at 650. I put two thin shims in it (ninja reg) and the shoebox is pumping it now.

Have you taken the bolt out to see if there are any signs of rubbing?

    EDIT:
Just cycled mine ~100 times and no issues (X-valve with L10)

The only thing I am having trouble with is finding a barrel that screws in all the way. Only my CCM screws in easily, my Kaners go in with a little stiffness, but by Lurker and Empire twister won't go past 1.5 turns.

There are lines on it that might be rubbing. I was able to get it to fire reliably by turning up the velocity adjustment, but now I am back to the first problem I had before, not being able to get the velocity above 220 before the valve leaks out the back. Maybe now I will put a few tanks through it now that it won't get damaged anymore, see if that alleviates the problem as reported by some.

By the way, the test firing I did was with my brand new Lurker Eigenbarrel and it threaded in just fine.

Got my washers today. Many thanks!

On the barrel front... One of my bodies threads just fine, and the other I had to chase the threads on the body to get all my barrels to fit.

You may just need to have the threads chased. Pretty simple actually. Has happened on more than one cocker threaded gun I've owned. Seems like a lot of variation in the "standard" threads.

Can I still get on of these washers? I just found out about the issues people were having with their bodies. I haven't been on AO since I got my body a while back. I just tried putting my valve in for the first time and it fits fine and now I'd like to get one of these washers as a precaution before I fire it.
