    choppingf problems...

I picked up a tac one last year but really didn't get the chance to play with it... what little I did mess with it... I found it was out of tune and was leaking air internally... I played around with it and I believe I have fixed that issues...
    HOWEVER...
now I'm chopping balls like mad!
a little advice would be very helpful...

    Are you chopping one balling?

    Using a force feed hopper?

Have you tested the lvl 10? (with finger or other object)

What size paint are you using?

Have you tried it with a different barrel?

What exactly did you do to fix it?

    Also, check your detents.
Make sure they are not screwed in too tight

ITT its tough for a single detent to be too tight. By the same token, it could be too loose for the paint with a single detent and a forefed hopper and may be double feeding. Might try putting the smaller o-ring onto the detent to push it in farther.

I had to replace 2 detents in one day from them being in too far.
Since adding an extra o-ring and simply screwing the in barely finger tight, I have had zero problems.

Usually the stock AGD detents come with two o-rings, one thick and one thin to make adjustments.

I mean to mention the detents on my first post. Like what's been said already, if they're not in far enough, it will cause double feeds and chops

    I had the exact opposite.
In too far, chops and eventually wrecked the detent.

You are correct. In too far and you'll blow them too.
