Neither is a bad deal, neither is a steal. Check the "born on" date of the HPA tank in the first listing. Anything older than 15 yrs cannot be rehydroed. And figure it will cost you probably $20-35 to get it rehydroed.
With that said, value is in the eye of the buyer. If you think its worth it, got for it.

I'd buy them both. You can never have enough mags. You could easily get that for them parted.

If it comes with that Pelican-like padded case I'd get the first one. Those kind of cases usually cost $90+ alone, and is a slick way to store a mag.

On the first one talk them down some, since more then likely you are going to need a new frame.
