Largest Bore barrels - Autococker threading

I did a little search and didn't find what I was looking for. I am curious on which barrel(s) have the largest bore. I figure it would be an older barrel. I would Prefer it be readily available in all aluminum construction and less than 12".

Thanks for any input (or link to a previous thread)

    Lapco Z Barrel

Biggest I've seen was the .697 Lapco Z barrel made for the Galactic Z bodies.

    They were cocker threaded.

Back in the day you could get a .890 16" all american from smartparts. While this does not meet all of your criteria I smile that you could troll with (yes its not a typo) .890

This guy was typically a 16" stainless steel pressfit AA, it also made appearances in teardrop. As I understand it was marketed as .689 but had some horrific QC

I have a 16" SP AA and the bore on this thing is rediculous. I did a blow test on a lapco with a .686 and the ball was a good fit, then I put the same ball in the AA and it rolled out the other end

I feel very much like I did when I found the definition of "blumpkin" I have no words to express on this one, only a subtle grin.

A lot of the older barrels were larger bore. The AA barrels were around 0.693 I think. The large size was part of the reason they worked so well. The stock AGD crown point barrel was around the same size but was a single piece.

The lapco at 0.697" was the largest bore that I knew about as a single piece barrel. I have an Empire barrel kit that has 0.696" backs. The freaks have 0.695" backs.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
