I think that this is an awesome idea and would love some all mag teams show.
I need some opinions:
1. Good idea?
2. 3 man or 5 man?
3. entry fee?
4. Prize? (I'm thinking cash payout)
5. What should I call it?
6. Should "RT effect" be limited to a BPS amount?
7. questions, comments, smart remarks?
1: Anything you can get enough turn out to run is a good idea. I will tell you afterwards if you succeeded.
2: 3 man. Its much easier to get a 3 man team together than a 5 man
3: Entry fee to cover costs
4: Prizes by random drawing. There are several ways to do this (perhaps you get one entry for every game you play + one entry for every game you win for a drawing at the end). This also allows "larger" prizes and prizes to go to individuals rather than teams. This also decreases motivation to "win at all costs"

6: Its nearly impossible to limit a mech to BPS. RT effect needs to be "reasonable" to some degree. The intent should be for triggers to comply with ASTM standards (one shot / one pull). However writing this rule is going to have to leave room for discretion.
7: RANDOM DRAW TEAMS: Keep this from being team practice for a super team and encourage players of all levels to play. Randomly assign players to team numbers.
