Tunaball 7 - Sunday game play discussion

    UPDATED 4/24/2013
    ************************************************** *******************

After thinking about it, here are the rules for Tunaball 7's VINTAGE GUN DAY.

-Any mechanical marker. No Full auto, No RTing.
    -Any pump
-Any electro without eyes or ramping.
(Emags will be allowed with 1.37 software ONLY. No Xmags)
-Pneumags ok but subject to approval: No full auto no RTing
-No markers with model years after 2002
    -NO FORCE FEED LOADERS.
    -VL Revies or equivalent ONLY!
-9volt (1 battery) warps ok since they are limited to about the same feed rate as a revy.

There will be guns that may not fit into these guidelines but may still be considered vintage. These are only guidelines and equipment should fit into the spirit of the day. We can rule on them in a case-by-case basis.

Again, "spirit of the day" is the operative phrase here.

Anything run on co2 is ok
Any old school electro without eyes would be ok too...

I also want to make this game "REVIES ONLY". Not force feed loaders other than Warps w/Revies on them.

Let's discuss this I think Im on to something here.
Most old school electros without eyes are newer than emags. You should make it ok for emags as long as they don't have eyes, they must have a level 7 bolt, and they must be running AGD 1.37 or lower firmware.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I was actually thinking something like that too. At least it must have the 1.37 siftware on it.

Haha, if Lorne shows up with a laptop, a programmer, and a tip jar...

    1. Q-Loader on an otherwise completely legal mech mag (non-pneu, non-RT'ing)? I'm not sure why a Warp on an electro would be OK while a Q-Loader on a mech would not. That and I don't use my q for speed; I use it for profile.
    2. SA-17 spring feed?
    "Accuracy by aiming."

    Definitely not on the A-Team.
