Need someone with some shop space.

I got a project kind of brewing around in the noodle for my mag. Thing is now I don't have a work space of my own currently, going stir crazy, and need some help to complete this. I have all the parts and a drawing almost finished, about ready to move to Phase 2 on it.
    This space for rent.

Just some minor milling, some drill and tap, and very little fab work. Actually easier to explain with a photo, will get it up after dinner cause me so hungry.

Are you going to make a 12ie changer out of a sight?
