I need measurements for an emag...going to do some 3D printing

I have unfortunately sold my emags (tear) and now have an idea for them. I have been getting into 3D printing lately, and want to design a custom piece for the battery disconnect peg on an emag. I need the diameter and length measurements from that pin.

Also, any ideas on what to model instead of the round head of the pin. Could be a 3D pull of a 2D shape, like an outline of an emag, or maybe the AGD logo, or a simple "lvl 10". Thoughts? What would you like to see or maybe even pay about $8 for (includes shipping of $6.50 from the printing company, or I could do a large batch and ship myself to save people a few dollars)?

    Looks like .151 diameter
    .912 inserts into the housing
    1.131 overall length
These measurements are rough as the pins are rough.
Don't forget that the pin must be non conductive.

Anything innovative is going to be interesting... but I'd still like someone to figure out a drop-in mod to make that thing a switch, rather than a cut-off pin. Barring that, though, if there's a way to improve the current system, let's have it!

I could work on a drop in switch if I still had an emag.
