    Leaky LPR

I have an olders Palmers LPR that I was trying to set up to test a Pneu setup and having some leak issues. First it is leaking out of the fitting side that screws into the LPR. Should I be using thread tape on this? Also, as I am screwing the adjustment screw in, it seems to start leaking slightly out of the screw. Is this normal?

You shouldn't use tape on any air fittings that feed an area where there are moving surfaces that need a good seal. Any piece of tape that breaks off will cause inconsistent operation and over-pressure issues. Always use high pressure thread sealer (not thread locker).

It shouldn't be leaking through the adjustment screw. There is probably a piece of dirt in there somewhere.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
