OMG yes ! I ran with the typical warp set up briefly ,and immediately switched back !
not so much cuz of weight ,but cuz of the bulkness of it ! ( lets face it ,E-mags are not known for lite-ness)
It felt like i was running with a three stump & a barrel coming out of it lol
So ive been tryig to do this ever since
Been doing this project on & off for like three years now
Sooo slow that a guy on here beet me to it
He did a wonderful job btw and his ideas fine tuned my ideas

Here's my Reloader B that I converted last year - Emag in mech/mode only because battery was flat.

It's really comfortable to shoot resting the hopper on my left wrist and forearm

Real props go to my buddy Chris, Owner of Flurry Industries. He made it possible, but I'll take some credit for bringing the post over to AO.

Nice work! Glad to see more people doing this mod. I am still hopeful that someone will make a custom "blue" insert! Hope in one hand and shot in the other....

Oh yeah ! I remember seeing that thread also ,probably from you posting it on A.O. awhile back
Yeah i like the way Chris did it all the way up to the Qlaoder 90 *(screech ,put brakes on )
Then my eye gets blocked by it and im like,.. hmmm needs to be more warp/body-like
    Buts Thats just MHO
With me this is my order :
    1st reliability
    2nd Functionality
3rd how cool can i make it look doing all the above ,.........and in that order :^) lol

Oh an i like the way GEE TEE mod came out , sweet

I've been carrying a warp on my mag for ten years, this is something I need to try.

NICE MINI ! must be" loud "with that little snub-freak tip
Im curious about one thing thou
Is anyone else with this set up having trouble with high rates of fire ? ( 17 an above ) with this set up ?
you know ,the once an awhile ball chop
I'm thinking it might be the microphone in these ( sound activated ) loaders needing to be closer to my bolt
Its not the level 10 , cuz if i switch back to typical/vertical feed,....its fine @ 30 bps
    17bps and down ,...its fine

I dont play @ high rates of fire anyway, but just wondering if you guys have come across this ?
    Nu_

Yes, I have. High rates of fire, via RT, Xmod or otherwise, and there seems to be some hiccups. I think the loader isn't going to be able to feed at the same rate when pushing the stack up as it is when the stack is going down.

You could try upping the force feed but I've got a feeling it will always feed slower working against gravity. Check the spring tension in the drive cone's working ok as well

It's worth remembering you need to keep hopper from running empty, otherwise the last few balls get trapped in the feed. They need balls pushing in from below constantly to keep the feed rate going, and maintain drive cone tension between shot strings. This may also contribute to chops. Chris (from flurry) upgraded the hopper using a high output Tamiya motor, which has a better torque rating and could improve performance. The original motor can burn out when converted to warp style. I picked up a couple cheap as spares on ebay but not used them as yet. Most fields I play in UK limit you to 10bps now, so high ROF on this system is never an issue

I never had a problem, but I still count my shots like nickels. 5, 10, 15... Seriously I have to budget my shots.

As for the high torque motor. In the original post on doing this didn't the guy say the factory motor burnt up so he had to go to the high toque motor?

An RF link from the gun to loader might help a lot. Simon has told me that a Halo would reliably feed at just about any angle, even through a hose from the back of a stock :o
