I like this name. You could even shorten it to AOA on the jerseys.

An Apple Pie that looks like it has been violated by a Mag would be cool...like the one from American Pie .

Another possibility - "magpie/AOA" patches. Normal iron on for jerseys, and velcro for those of us that have BDU style gear. Maybe do two types? One in color, and one muted olive/tan.

    OML custom patches:

I'd be more than happy to follow up on the patches if someone else wants to do jerseys. The only thing I need is a logo to send in (which I'll leave to you guys here).

If someone can do the artwork I have the connections at Raza for the jerseys.

BT - lets us talk more about this next week after TB7. There are a lot of things to think about and it is never too early to start. It would be extremely helpful if there was someone in the local area who could coordinate with on things like lodging and even places where we could socialize before and after the game.

Another thing - if we are going to fight as a coordinated group, then we are going to need a general , preferably someone with some experience doing that sort of thing.

Long held beliefs have prevented this new truth from breaking into the mainstream. The Untermag Revolution was thus born. The sign is many things: a greeting between Revolution members—as they are among friends and a recognition of brotherhood telling the enlightened that you too seek knowledge above and beyond the mainstream. When directed toward an outsider, it is a signal that they do not wish to learn. We must accept the fact not all will join us.

Our symbol is the red star enclosed in a black circle. The circle represents unity, its color, black, shows that we are an underground community. The points on the red star represent all of the players that do not understand our creed. The points flow into the stars center showing that all are welcome to work with us in seeking to understand the truth. The red color represents that we are active in our communications with others both inside and outside the Revolution.
Seems fitting to bring it back. No offense, but I like it better than "magpies", and I'd prefer to do something simple for a patch. Simple is easier to read/identify. The logo could be re-used for a jersey with the magpie design. The logo could just go on the sleeves with the magpies on front.

Here is my idea (please bear with me on the designs, I draw like a 5 year old).

A.O.A - we can wrap the text "chuff chuff" in the outer ring of the "O". I just couldn't do it in MS Paint.

If you look on the last page someone had a patch design. I like the solid black circle over the ring. If we were to do patches it would be the black circle with red star then AO Army accross the top in white with chuff chuff in smaller writing along the botton. The jerseys would still have the magpies but the jerseys would have the patch design on each bicept and the magpies would be wearing the patch

Like this? or do you want the text inside the black circle (curving around the edge)? I don't know how curve text on my program, so someone else will have to do that for us. This is what I get for going into finance... my design skills are remedial at best.

Why not blue, white, black and gold? Factor in the AGD Lions?

Maybe, but in this case its a more viable question. That and I already have an AO jersey that has been worn once. Zero interest in buying a new jersey to be one of the cool kids.

Not trying to do the "so what if we" fest that most of these end up as, but what about something like a velco armband? Seeing the pic above kind of gave me the idea. Or is that what is being bantered around already? I could probably shake lose some change for that.
