    Rebuild kit options

Anybody have an opinion about aftermarket rebuild kits? I've noticed o-rings online has one that is all buna o-rings instead of urethane.

Many threads on this. But in the end. My opinion is buy a true age parts kit. 25 bux in parts kit every couple years is nothing. I just bought my first replacement kit in 10 years a couple weeks ago. And I flat out hate the stretchy buna o rings.

I had an aftermarket oring kit once. The orings just weren't the same quality. Sometimes, replacing an oring with one of the aftermarket ones actually created problems. If you know that the quality of the orings is equal to AGD or better, then they will be fine. If you don't know for sure, then stick with AGD orings and save yourself a lot of headaches.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
