I sold a valve to a member a couple weeks ago in the UK member NLH. I shipped it and during the shipping period he filed a PayPal claim. He received the valve te next day after the claim. I have a pm from him confirming this. But he has yet to stop his PayPal claim and now will not answer any Pm's. What do you suggest on another route to help fix the situation.
