OK... So my wife and I just had a talk about this and she asked "when did you pay them" and I said "feb 15" so SHE called them.

I'm guessing they know my number cause she got through right away with a different number. She talked to Valerie and valerie is... awesome, but she has little pull. valerie was told that we havnt received billz refund and she was like "are you serious" cause she's told him to do it a few times and thought it was done. also apparently said there were a bunch of people calling on this order (you go guys) and everytime you guys do she bumps him to call me and update me... no calls.

We didnt get ahold of mondo but Valerie told my wife that I will receive an update on monday

Well... There are Some issues on some of the jerseys. Am working with them right now to fix said issues.

Would you guys consider this a sewing error?

I guess the measure is - does it look like yours and is your correct?

If the answer is no, then no - it's not right in any way, shape or form.

I think once all of you go through the headache of this preorder I'll pick me one up separately. Look like they could be pretty snazzy.

we have ordered all our team jerseys thru Animal. when we didnt throw 50 different options at him at once with a short time frame which was presented thru this we had no problem. There has been enough shady, inconsistent , flat out poor examples of dealers in this forum and what not, which you yourself can contest too personally to. Garbage guns from manufacturers that you were a rep too, garbage machinists that disapeared etc etc..

I would say send out what ya got. If there is sewing or print or size or any kind of issues from this point out, the consumer can handle it and contact Animal Paintball. Flood there phones with what they need to fix. Then it also frees you and washes your hands clean of the whole situation. We know how much you've been tryin to make all this right and I don't think anyone would hold you accountable for the errors that may be existing since awhile back.

Not really a good option for us back here in Europe.

That said, I have hard time on seeing what the mistake is in the above picture while looking trough my phone. Will need to check it on proper screen when I get to work.

Understandable. I also really didn't know what the issue was either, just kind of at a point where stitching issues don't matter to me. But that's just me.

If it wrinkles like that because of the stitching then definitely.

I had to copy that to my computer and increase the exposure before I could see it.

Looks like a machine pucker, usually (but not always) caused by improper tension settings. Sometimes it's a simple issue to pull out/free, sometimes it relaxes on its own, and sometimes it needs to be redone.

Best thing is to get it in hand and study it closely.

Actually, are we talking about the apparent pucker, or the apparent errant line of stitching down into the A of the AO Army?
