    O-ring Size Chart: Classic, RT and X-valve, L10, ULT, Emag

    These have been posted before, though incomplete and not stickied. They're also on MCB. But people on AO ask for them from time to time, so I thought I'd repost the information in hopes that it can remain easily accessible. If I'm missing something or have something wrong, let me know and I'll update this original post.

    * All o-rings are 90D urethane unless specified *

    1 Power Tube Tip O-ring M1.78X7.94?!? (I need to confirm this. Is this the same Size as would be found on other mag valve tips? I had a dead one in an old Mini-mag that I couldn't figure out the size for, but I replaced the Level 7 with a Level 10 and didn't need it anymore.)

    what are sydarm outer valve orings? needs to be added

    Haha, a Sydarm is something I've never actually handled before. Send me one and I'll measure and post it up!

    Had to edit, had the ULT small o-ring wrong. It's the same thing as the small o-ring on top of a RT on/off, which the on/off pin passes through at the top. That's a 006 o-ring. The 004 o-ring is actually the smallest o-ring in an RT on/off, on the inside. I had misread when transferring that number. It's corrected in the original post now.

    There are orings in the Sydarm that 99.9% of you guys have never seen...or don't even know they exist.

    Justus,

    Was looking this list over and caught something. I believe the ULT top o-ring (for the pin head) is an 004, while the internal small stem o-ring is an 001. Those o-ring sizes correspond with the physical dimensions of the pin. Recall that the ULT pin head (~.072 IIRC) is on the small side of the RT pin stem (.074), which uses an 004, and the ULT stem is ~.0325 IIRC.

    Hope that helps and, to echo what others have posted, thank you for posting this list.
