Marty DiBergi: Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?

Nigel Tufnel: [pause] These go to eleven.

Either you're talking about the sticker (Unlikely), a new low impact bolt ie Level 11 (Even Less Likely) or you've created a whole new feed neck and you're teasing us with just the clamp handle.

Is the green wire looking thing part of what we are looking at or is it just there, if it is I have a guess that's way out from left field.

Semi-structural high definition printed part with maybe 15 ish glass fill, carefully sanded and lovingly painted only to be confiscated by police after a bizarre gardening accident?

An ilaborate clamping mechanism belonging to a glass jar potentially filled with a homemade salsa concoction
containing ingredients not limited to peppers that rank high on the Scoville Scale thus rendering the contents at a hotness level of dare I say 10....no sir Beyond 11 ? I may need a spell check on that one ?

Looks to me like a hanging wire used for powdercoating the part.

Or the aluminum racking wire used for anodizing the part. But I see little flecks of green on the wire which makes me think it's more likely powdercoating (or paint) like you mention. If it was dyed anodizing, there wouldn't be flecks... there would just be a solid color from the dye dip.
