grub and barkingspyder, do you guys have the Armada-L(long) or the short first run rails (AM length for the RTP and AM version)?

The bodies are designed to go with Armada-L and won't properly line up with the first run rails. I changed the tool paths on the longer bodies to make up for the longer length...

Personally this has my interest a lot more than the armada body unfortunately.

I would like to see what you have in mind Luke...

I'm looking for a body for my Armada-L...

It's not one or the other as much as now or later.
The Armada body is designed, fixtures made, program proofed, nothing but pushing the green button for the Armada bodies.

  6. #66
I say, hit the green button... They'll sell regardless what they look like.

Both Grub and I have the short first run rails - AM versions. I didn't know that you changed things.

    It's here !

Here are the first pics of my armada.

It still needs some work on air input, airline and pneumatics.

I'll try to take better pics, in the sun light.

I really dig the pump mag, Grelvire. I can't wait to see what kind of finish you will put on it.

Better pics who do better justice to the Luke's and Caustic Customs works.

Pneumatics are installed and the marker is perfectly working.

Just missing the alu air line to be anodized gloss black.

I thought it was cool how he did both matte and gloss on the LPR.
Love the barrel too, probably loud like a stock Minimag barrel though. (?)

Ladies and gentlemen, I present the "Alien Armada Mag". Parts came in yesterday, now to put it together. Caustic Customs did a phenominal job with his interpretation of the old alien ano.

Very nice alien anno ,good color but still shows off the milling. And Mav shows what I've always like to do mixing dust and gloss.
I took the road least traveled...now where the hell am I ?
