3000 PSI flatline, issues when cranked up

flatline was sitting pretty at 800 psi output,
tried cranking it up to 1000-1200 output, right as i got to like 900 psi output, it started venting out the front where you adjust the output pressure,

    any ideas?
any flatline pubs out there . maybe i need to dissemble it and put an oring kit in it?
on that fact where do i get those again?

    not sure.

    any help would be awesome.

the 3k flatline regs are basically rt valve rebuild kits. which is why they are still rebuildable. I bet it is either the reg seat oring, piston oring or possibly the piston seal itself.

ok so purge the air, and then disassemble? then just renew all the stuff in it.

    hmmm filled the tank,
same thing, once i try to turn it past 800 psi output it leaks out the end of the reg out the hole of the adjuster screw where you put the allen key.

Make sure that the reg seat is clean and installed the correct way.

Avoid using oil anywhere near the tank. If it makes its way into the bottle and get a fast fill it can combust.

Yeah I get that. just checking if it needs oil or grease, because if it needs oil its going to get it.
