Easier to stay in one spec and simplify logistics.
makes sense and completely agree with your point but agd detents really limit custom anodizing. since they are not rebuildable, you can't reanodize, so they will always be black. I do understand that Luke's Customs and Nummech are/might be working on rebuildable ones but havent seen them yet.

We're going to stick with angel detents and feedneck. I really like the xmag/ule body style and detents. They work well and are always available. I may offer a angel to empire feedneck adapter for around $12 so you can run the empire necks that nummech, etc offer

Looks like nummech already makes the adapters for $9

Nummech should be publicly offering angel rebuildable detents soon too. I used them on my latest Dallara, they came out quite nice.

nummech is making angel and cocker detents that are rebuildable. personally id rather stick with angel. It keeps more people from messing them up.

I was cleaning out the garage and found 15 RT barrels, is there any interest getting RT barrels cut down to cocker threads? I can donate 12 of these to the preorder folks. If there is any interest.

XMT, has anyone asked about matching barrels for the RT classics?

I was gonna try to source 3 of them and ask xmt about it. But if they're available I'm interested in 3 of them. Of the 3, 1 freak bored, but if its only 1 per person, I'll take the cocker threaded and freak bored option. Just let me know what the additional cost is.

I'd be pretty interested in a cocker threaded RT barrel, freak bored would be great! Would be awesome to keep the classic look while modernizing the gun.

That would be awesome to do 12 at once. It takes special tapered jaws to run them. The setup always takes forever but 12 at once would be cool.

    Psshhh, amateurs!!!
Just leave the money off to the side and act like the money is already spent. You can't spend it if you think its spent.

I'm working out something with PayPal my account was hacked and money stolen in Feb. No worries guys, this run is going to happen for sure. I ordered the carbon fiber last week. The 7075 aluminum for the bodies will be delivered shortly. I'm out running the mill today to finish up cougars parts I owe him.
