    Red face jet lag

    i just came back from vacation today at noon.... i have bad jet lag but i am fighting it to get back on schedule! man i am sooo tired... i have been awake for atleast 26+ hours... i neeeeeed to hold out 2 more hours!!! this sux!!! helpppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Drink some Dr.Pepper it will hold you off for at least two more hours.

    yes, so i can be on the correct time...

    ie: if i am extremely tired and went to bed at 2pm i would probly wake up around 3am and then go to school at 7am... that would not work...

    if i go to sleep at 8pm and wake up at 6am i will be much more on my normal schedule and not really have to worry about it after tonite...

    i go to sleep now.....

    I've flown over more oceans than I care to, jet lagg SUCKS.
    Staying up to your normal time is a good idea but don't drink anything with caffeine in it, it'll just screw your internal clock up worse. Drink lots of water too, planes have a tendency to dehydrate people.
