Thread: blade or groove?

  1. #1

    Post blade or groove?

Which do you guys prefer on the intelliframe? The blade or the groove trigger? i had a grove trigger on my old spyder and was just wondering if the blade would be better.
    Thanks

I voted for the Blade. Never used one, but i've used grooved double triggers before and find them uncomfortable. I have small hands and just didn't like the feel of em and I imagine the blade would be an overall better feel, at least for me.

    BLADE TRIGGER OWNS!

The blade trigger allows for you to find the most comfortable position on the trigger.. wether its way up top... or way down low.. it just rox... period. Blade all the way.. besides.. when you polish it all up nice... it looks like shiny handle full of love!

I need a digital camera to post my gun!! She's so boootiful!

I voted blade because even though i have not fired an intelliframe, its just logically more comfortable. Just look at it. If you think the groove looks better (i do) then you might want that. But really, the blade should give you max comfort.

I went groove just because I shot a blade trigger (though not the intelliframe, a blade trigger none the less) and my fingers seemed too close, the feel was off on it for me. However I would try one out, I found that it was a little umcomfortable but like they said, you can put both fingers at the top or at bottom, I just found that I couldn't find a place. My fingers seemed to slide too much. (I wear JT gloves)

blade. i love it. i wear a pair of scott gloves and love the blade. no sliding problems. i also have an intelle with a gruve trigger on it. and i hate it. my fingers are held too far apart.
Sorry for the spelling. Im still working on it.

Groove has a groove in the middle of the trigger, and the Blade is just Straight.

I prefer Groove because of the same reasons Paul La Rue does. When holding your mag, not shooting, it's hard to find a resting place for your fingers so it feels weird.

Also, he says he shortstrokes easier with the Blade...so.

the blade trigger is sweet. i don't like groove triggers anymore since i got my blade i frame. i like to use my middle and ring fingers both on the blade and crank away. seems to me that i fire faster this way.

    blade trigger for two reasons

one, my hands are large and my fingers wont fit into the grooves when i wear my jt gloves

two, i sometimes hold my gun with one hand ont he tank and rest the thumb of my trigger hand on the thumb screw(making it like a z grip of sorts) and the blade trigger lets you put your fingers whereever they are comfertable.

    well it's all preference right?

i prefer blade so you don't have to put your fingers in a certain place. Just like the U.S.'s policy of FREEDOM OF SPEECH except it's freedom of finger placement.

I've tried both frames on my mag. I hated the groove trigger, so I sold it to a friend and bought the blade. The blade feels so much better than the groove. I feel that I have more control with the blade.

I love the Blade trigger w/the ReTro valve. The 'Sweet Spot' is so much easier to find & reproduce consistantly...
