Had ordered a Splinter trigger and some macroline fittings from his store. Never heard anything from the storer after a few emails. Emailed Rogue directly. Got a phone call today. Spoke to Shawn about the problem, he told me that the store had sent a few emails. Apparently my spam blocker was turned on too high. He said for my trouble ( I waited a few days and had sent a few emails) he will priority ship ( my original was 5-7 day shipping) TWO triggers, a splinter and a viperblade; all I needed to do was send back the one I didn't like. On top of that he refunded me and told me to pay him what I believed it was worth. I have NEVER done business with someone that went this far out of their way to make a customer happy. I will, not would do, but I WILL do business with Rogue again. Many, many thanks Rogue. Your got my business for a long, long time.
