LVL 10 Video #2 "Within the Range"

    AO,

The first vid we released was met with skepticism because people felt that since this was at the edge of performance it was unusable and did not reflect reality. I want to assure you that this video is well within the normal operating range.

The paint is 2-3 bounce PMI Advantage and the gun is shooting about 280. When you see the ball pop back out that is NOT from blowback. There is no blowback because the gun is not shooting a ball just dry firing. The ball is being kicked back out by the bolt pinching it out of the way!! All other shots the ball is getting pinched except for the last one where I put it all the way down and it gets shot out.

The stuff holding the ball is black electrical tape and YES it does get shot out normaly with the last shot.

    Enjoy,

    AGD

    thats soo sweet
We are all like raindrops falling from the sky, eventually landing on this sandy star and drying up from the heat of the sun. Even if protected by a huge umbrella, we never know what tomorrow may bring. Someday we will be blown by the wind and absorbed into the sandy earth. -Trigun

A couple of things Tom said in chat...

Shipping maybe as early as this week if all goes well.

MSRP at $85 but special discount to AO and $25 off for superbolt trade ins. AO will get as many as 200 units through the online store as Beta testers so Tom warns you to wait if you are not completely sure you want to Beta test. But discount only to Beta testers so dealers will not be unhappy.

Its user installable. You do not send in your marker.

The new SS Superbolt II in this lvl 10 mod is only 8% heavier than the old deldrin superbolt was.

Video 2 was made using a 2-3 bounce "medium brittleness" paint.

Must say, I love the Job you guys did. When Can I get one for my old Mini?

I just set up a Cocker today that would do the same. Just banged and burped till the ball came out. Very Good Work! and that made me think-

I want to see you stick your finger in there. That is the real show of bravery and trust in your product!

I think a lot of people are missing the fact that not only does the bolt bounce off the ball unharmed, it will do it multiple times in a row and still fire that ball completely unharmed. If you have any other marker do that it might work the first few times, but 10+? *and* still fire the ball without it breaking in the barrel?!

Tom, I noticed the breech area moving some, why does that happen? Is that just because of all the holes and mods you done to the thing?

Tom, I can't wait to preach the level 10 pro-magness at my field. There is more than a few MAJOR Tx teams that are there who almost no one shoots mags.
