Actually, I have experienced it.. Last summer to be exact, I saw a thermometer on a bank in my town reading 102* During a heat-wave.

PFFFF nothing the thermometer on the Fire house read 503* yesterday. They said it was broken but i think it was a conspiracy to trick me

Oh and yes i am going.

Anyone else from Quiet Storm showin up?

In any case, right now the number of AO members who have confirmed attendance is well over 30, not including guests and non-AO members.

i have no idea, Mel personally called up Christian(Siayajin) the other day about it. i don't think he ran it by the rest of the team yet, also there is a scheduled team practice the following day so that makes things kinda tight.

What kind? I'm sure I can bring one if it'll add to the friendly atmosphere. Someone else needs to bring punch, though.

Little Southpark kid: We came to this meeting understanding there would be pie and punch, is there any?
    Cartman(I think): No!
*half of the people get up and leave*

    The La Resistance meeting.

Heh.. if I ever start a team, that may be the name (La Resistance) if it isn't taken.

ok now on a more serious note for the event some of us are going to need to be able to download a waiver so that a legal parent or guardian can sign for us. are we going to be able to have those before the 13th?

What are the parts you need to get from Radio Shack to hook up the Intelliframe to your revi? Jon has my Rt now and is installing an Intelliframe for me so I want to hook it to my hopper. If I know what to bring I'll hit up Kaiser Bob for some help?

P.S. Thanks Jon for all of your help. You da man!!

Thanks for reminding me about the waiver. I'll make something up, get Mel to approve it, and make it a PDF or something available for download ASAP.

    Total Estimated Time: Total Distance:
    47 hours, 35 minutes 2836.89 miles

    hmm
and this is not even the full distance
add another thousand miles to get from anchorage alaska
    thats almost 4k
I think I will walk this one since its such a short distance.
    I may be losing,

    But I'm not lost!!

I ran into a few people today who may be interested...I just emailed one guy. He may be joining the forum here (yes, he owns a mag) and MAY go, and take a few friends. Is there any limit to the number of people who can go? Not that I think we exceeded it, but was just wondering.
