    Senario Tac One Deathray...

This is my idea of a senario marker: Red Dot, Tac light, JCS folding stock, CCM feed neck, sling adapter, Scepter 5 pc barrel kit in 12" .

I posted this gun before but I changed a few things since then ... I added an Intelliframe, a 15 degree vertical ASA, a nice bottom line, changed the hoses and quick release, and modded the mounting point for the folding stock to make it look factory.

This version of the gun must be something like v.19.7

    My RT ULE Custom.

And again after its conversion to an E-Mag.

About the only thing that's changed is the replacement of the stock feed neck with a CCM Helix Clamping feed neck and a CP Rail instead of the Micro Drop/QD Block combo.

This project started out as a Tommy Gun foregrip. The classic tommy gun grip is too slanted, more for hip-level shooting. So this is what evolved after several prototypes - a vertical Tommy-inspired grip with thumb grooves. Quite comfy. I did it in Rosewood, with real oil-rubbed gun stock finish. Not quite as much luster as the SP "rosewood" grips (SP grips are for photo - too slick/sweaty - I'll go back to rubber stickies for real use.). Had fun - My next project will be a Dragunov inspired stock.

Oh yeah - the "shroud" is drilled PVC inspired by some Specops gizmii. Matte black painted Freak beneath.

    Enjoy:

welcome to AO whistl3r! glad to have you... now strip. sorry about that, it's late and i get weird when it's late.

so anyway, here's my baby. she features a one of a kind, custom milled/ULE'd rail, black x-valve (from a tac one that is no more), black ule body, ccm no-rise, parker macro, CP foregrip, evil pipe barrel (spyder threaded with an adapter) which nicely compliments the foregrip, chrome intelli with (my favourite) straight trigger guard, and sticky 3's. aint it purdy?

i still need to get one of rogue's sexy splinter triggers. but it's a big improvement over what it started out as:

that is the picture that was posted on ebay when i bought it.

here are a few more random pics showing off my super duper custom milling on the rail.

there's a whole thread chronicling (roughly) the creation of my favourite WMD here like you care.
    enjoy.

and yes, i know my pictures suck.

    gloss recon rail
    gloss intelliframe

check out 2 posts up for whistlermag 1.0 lol

if you guys have never tried a drop backward setup, i would suggest giving it a try.. i think it feels awesome, maybe not for a back or support player who is going to have the gun shouldered the whole time.. but for someone like me who is always on the front lines and in tha action, it is incredibly versitile, and it feels like the gun is weightless.

why this thread isn't stickyd is beyond me

The RT in the pics is now on a shelf in my bedroom, in working order and still in excellent shape.
