    Barrel

The little short barrel is a Taso Eliminator that I picked up on eBay, really quite for a short barrel but not the best, I would rather shoot one of my J&J's over it any day.

You don't like your eliminator? I love mine!! I have an 8.5 inch, and it look freakin awsome on my minimag. It only sticks out about 2 inches past the shroud. Excellent for speedball. I am still building my mag; I will post a pic of it as soon as its done. Here are the specs

    Chrome Minimag
    Nickle 8.5" taso eliminator
    12" Dye aluminum
    Crome shocktech drop-forward
    Air America Vigilante

    maybe an eclipse splash kit
maybe electro trigger (still haven't decided which one I want. suggestions?)

    Taso Eliminator

Yes I agree that it does well on a speedball field. I also have a 10 inch J& J stainless that I love to play with also and I get much better accuracy with it.
My barrel of choice is my, in this order
    12" ss j&j
    12" cermaic j&j
    14" ss j&j
    10" ss j&j
    12" ss Dye
    14" Al Dye
    8.5" Taso
    12" Z-Rock
As you can tell I am kinda fond of J&J Barrles
The bad thing is that I Have a J&J 14" stainless on my Tracerr pump gun also,,,,=barrel cost more than the gun lol

I do shoot different barrels in a day and the Taso is always on Yoshi at one time during the day.

    Talking Red Nights Micromag

Marlet1, that red nights micromag is my dream gun! (With a z grip and red warpfeed of course.) That is the coolest mag I've ever seen!

On Yoshi? Is that your gun's name? I haven't named mine yet.

what is that thing that is between your grip frame and your drop forward? I need one of those to make my drop forward hang lower. It is hitting my reg and I can't screw it (drop forward) on all the way.

    Drop forward

That is a custom dropforward that I made and then I sent it to PK Selective and had it Chrome plated.

    dropforward

What I started with was bare metal rod, 1/4" x 1/2"
Then you need to figure what you need to mount on your trigger frame, I went with 1 7/16" very back to where I start my drop.
The total length of the drop is 2 1/2" and again 1 7/16" for my bottem line adaptor.
What I mainly did was have my compressed tank close at hand while making it and I was able to get it as close as I did.

    update...

My minimag has gone through a minor transformation, so it's time to put an updated pic up. After 7 years of shooting co2 on remote I've finally made the jump to hpa. It's not finished yet, (still want a foregrip and I'm not sure I'm happy with the KAPP setup yet) but here's the Grape Ape v2.0 :

    Its just an older revy

  20. #120

    um.....

    You're kidding, right?

The VL 2000 Viewloader Power Series was the predecessor to all the Revolutions. It's actually a 2nd generation 9v powered loader (the first generation were the kidney-shaped hoppers). That baby right there is close to 7 years old. Still works like a charm, although as I get better and better at shooting fast, I've noticed I can start to outshoot it. It feeds about the same as the current 9v revolutions, but is way, way waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay pre-BE.

I'm currently shopping around for a new loader, but I'm going to hang on to this one as a backup. It's been a workhorse and has never, ever failed me. (Except when I forget to put a fresh battery in...)
