I will spread it out a little more for this wild group!

LESS THAN 10 DAYS TO GO!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!
I didn't even realize that this was next weekend!

I, for one, have absolutely no problem with what time we go

Well, it wasn't just the food quality I was discussing, but if that's where the majority of the people want to go then that's fine. Just want to give people an opportunity to go elsewhere if they so desire to.

    I personally prefer Trudy's or Magnolia's ..

Clare - I'm not trying to shoot down your ideas!
don't worry, wasn't my idea anyway..

Some people had been asking/pm'ing about watching some fireworks on Friday. It was picked solely on the view from there. We can go anywhere else you all would like..

As for Oasis, I've never been there myself but it was recommended to me as an outdoor place with a view of what will be going on.

I know a lot of you are coming to this instead of doing the family thing, we Thank You.

My orginal idea was to not completely cut out the fireworks from the event so we'd at least be in the spirit of things but we can't blow any fireworks ourselfs. Clare and myself dont want an accident on our hands.

Whatever you all decide to vote on is perfectly alright with us.

    hrmnnn

I just recently joined the forums after getting my X-Valve... I'd like to come out to this shindig too, if it's not too late to sign up. Looks like you guys are pretty laid back as far as registration for the event...

And maybe I could get some help with my Level 10 if I don't get it operational by this weekend. RRRrrrrr.

What exactly is this Entertainment Center you're talking about, anyways? I've never heard of it. Boats?!

No, you can't come... you had to sign up by yesterday.

    j/k
Sure, we'll love to have you. As well, it's probably the best place to get your level 10 working right. Havoc's pretty knowlegable, or if he's busy, there are a slew of other people who can set it up for you.
Look forward to seeing you there, and welcome to the forums.

Don't forget, 1Shot Productions will be there. We're covering the AO day for our website...and possibly shooting some footage for our personal use or other.

Also, we'll be selling DVD's. So check us out, 1shot productions...

Will you have VHS? I'm slightly behind the times in some aspects

Will you compile the AO day into a DVD/VHS? If so, I will definately buy one of those...

    Well

I think the whole DVD would be too much for 1shot to take on right now.

And also, to make an entire DVD of AO TX...I'd have to be running camera ALL DAY! Then I wouldn't get to play.

We have World Cup 2002 available, we were supposed to have Memphis Indoor available but the Company doing the replicating went sideways on us.

    We have DVD only, sorry

Cryer, I'll go half on a DVD player if you wanna buy one of our DVD's. Let me know.

Sounds like a good deal. I'll have to see how much $ I have available then. (it also kinda depends on if I sell my 2nd mag... )[/shamelessness]

I need to know as soon as possible...

Not everyone has voted, so I'd like to know about how many people will be going to eat with us on Friday. I'll most probably have to call and make reservations. I will make a reservation for those who post since I don't want us to end up with a bunch of empty chairs.

If I can make reservations, how does Trudy's sound? It's a tex-mex restaurant & bar. It's usually packed with people so It might be a bit difficult to get a table without a reservation on the 4th of July.

what time would be best for you all??

    Also, Clare:
I forgot to mention that my brother isn't going to be able to make it. He is going to be on a scout outing.

Reserve 1 spot for me. My brother won't (golobeno_soqoloma) be able to attend the meet...

I can't wait. I need to get there early and mess with my level 10, tho. I think it could be set up better...
