Unhappy Why doesnt anyone make an autoresponce frame anymore?????

I just want to know why such a wonderful product was discontinued. Also, does anyone know where i can score one?? Is it possible to put a double finger trigger on them?? Can someone post a picture or tell me about them if they have one??? I am really interested in finding out how they work, etc. Thanks.

They were forced out of production because the fire power was so overwhelming for that time that the insurance companies outlawed their use on the field. That pretty much killed it off. Remember, the frame could easily put out 13 bps without even trying. This was at a time when most guns shot 7-8. That would be like a gun shooting 23 bps today.

Well...with the invention of the Retrovalve that is capable of 25+ BPS why not bring it back???.... Just a thought.

    Cool

Yes I create replica's of them. Back then, remember CO2 was also the major gas source, and at those rates of fire, CO2 just doesn't work well. Anyways, I do conversions or ones from scratch out of benchmark frames.

Thats one I've done the conversion to with a chrome trigger shoe.

As for fields allowing them, I have no problmes and I play at the top fields in SoCal, but then again I always have the entire field to myself and the team who i'm practacing with.

salomon, yes you can put a double trigger on one. i saw one on ebay a long time ago that had a double trigger. mine is single trigger, and like agd said, i can put out around 13-14 bps fairly easily.

(added on edit)-if you can find one, get it. they are sweet.
