I actually wanna vote for Late March, or VERY early april

I SWEAR TO GOD I WON'T MISS THIS ONE!!!!!
Any Sunday should work, as long as it's within, say, a 2-hour drive from Northern Virginia. Crew will be in full swing, so I can't make it an overnight, but if's 2 hours or less I would definitely like to make a day trip.
**edit** I guess that means this "Total Eclipse" place gets my vote, simply on basis of location.
AO Mid-Atlantic Meet (planning stages)
Let us know what dates and locations work for you!!
New month, new up for a good cause. Link sigged.
i'm going to send out pm's to all on the va list like we did last time, should bring a lot more attention
Long time no see
ill go,any of the dates work for me.
I'm in NoVA, so the eclipse sounds easiest for me, any of the dates are fine.
Caveman- put me on the VA list,

sigs are overrated.
Sweet I'm there unless work springs something stupid on me at the last minute. Stupid work
Total Eclipse sounds good and I'm down for any Sunday.
I don't have a mag anymore, but I hope you all will still like me enough to let me play

Well, if he's going, then I'm going! and I'm still a mag owner. Does it count if I use it only as a backup?Originally Posted by pointm@n
OA PAintball in Bowie 20 minutes from 495 is also nice. It's centrally located and a good mix of speedball and woods. Compared to the fields at Pev's, you don't have to hike a mile to go form one to the other. OC (ya, ya, Ocean City is not that far away) and I vote this one can be in MD but let's see what everyone else says.
Sorry, Don't have AIM Doesn't mean I can't hit what I shoot at!

i don't think we will be considering anything further north than Pev's for our north carolyna brothers.
so far total eclipse is leading the way

Well, since it seems most people like Sundays, it would be easiest for me to go to Total Eclipse. Otherwise, if it's on a Saturday (or I have a four day weekend or something of the sort), I won't really mind driving further down. But Total Eclipse is the most convenient since I'm in NoVa. As far as date goes, it doesn't really matter for me (unless theres a holiday after one of these dates, which would be nice), but I'd like to have any date set ASAP so I can plan ahead. I'm most definetely going to try to make it to this one. I unfortunately couldn't make it to the last one because of some confusion with a friend . The last time I went paintballing was the first AO VA day (which I had a blast at), and have since gotten my Mag and stuff. I just really haven't had the time to go. But I'd love to make it down there and see some of the guys from the Pevs one. Oh, and thanks for starting this up again Kev, I was waiting for the next one to come around .
i have my spring musical sometime around there, but its on a friday/saturday, so it shouldnt matter. My vote goes to May 8, as it will be the warmest.
actually May 8 gets my vote too!Originally Posted by jwalker87
Can't do April 24th... big BlackCat scenario at Skyline Paintball in Strasburg.
May 8 has my vote
I will try and make it to this one. But with EXP and ACT's within 3 weeks of each other im not sure if i will be able to make it.
How about Lake Paintball. Its near Lake Anna, last time i heard price was $7 for air and $27 a case for Xball Gold. Thats a killer deal. I also think they have 2-3 Airball fields with at least 1 Xball field.
also, consider PBA as a choice field, its in the center of Va pretty much..
I'm voting for Rockwood pb... I'm not a fan of FPO fields.
I'm down for just about any date at the moment... just have to check the CVPL schedule to ensure that it doesn't conflict.
Oderint dum metuant
hm, thats not a bad idea, i'll check in to that field too.Originally Posted by flyinasian016

and you are going to Skyline from Newport News? talk about dedication!Originally Posted by JimInVA
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
We do it every time Spiro has a game up there. It's a great field, we love scenario games, and it's usually the closest Black Cat Productions scenario game we can get in VA. We've gone to games from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and even California. Haha, yeah... I guess you can say we are dedicated.Originally Posted by tg ur 1t

It's only 4.5 hours to Skyline Paintball. We head up on Friday afternoon and set up the tent. Free BBQ that night. Sleep in Saturday and begin play at 1PM. Dinner break for pizza, night play and by 3AM I should be back asleep. Up at 7, briefing at 8, play until 1. Awards, prizes, pack up and home by 8PM. WHAT A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!!Originally Posted by tg ur 1t

Duuude: JAM has surfaced, sweet!
Earlier in April works better for me as well, the wife and I are planning some vacation time in May.
Hmm, the Black Cat game sounds good, I might have to check that out.

Sleep? Isn't that a completely inadequate substitute for caffeine?

If we have to go outside Richmond, we should check into Lake PB as has been said... just make sure they're not hosting a nppl team practice that day. I can do that for you if you solidify a date.
hell, bring her alongOriginally Posted by Marchborne
Well, I'm thinkin late march early april. I don't know anything about Rockwood, but I'm a woods man myself, so my vote would be Splatbros or somewhere south or near Va Beach. Some people advocate Action Town, but my understanding is that's at Fort Eustis. That means we may have to deal with base security, and believe the voice of experience, military base security doesn't look kindly on paintball guns if something has gone down recently.
