Hey just wanted all to know that the deal with Potatoboy and I went a little awry ON MY PART! He said that he recieved the monitor and it was fuzzy and the buttons didn't work on the front of it. It is odd because the monitor is a brand new RMA'd one. KDS offered to replace the monitor for him after I offered to refund him the money. Just like for everyone to know that despite what happened he was still a cool customer and I am foolish for not checking it before I shipped it. I say that this is strike one on my part for not making sure, sorry Jason.

Don't worry, we make mistakes, but just make sure you do it in the future. I personally don't mind, I just have to wait a week or so for KDS to ship a new monitor. All is fine.
